Motorcraft/Ford 2bbls ?
 
I was wondering, is there a way to determine cfm or venturi size, etc, on a Motorcraft or Ford 2bbl by the tag #?

Also, who is a good guy to go to for setting one of these carbs up?

they usually have the venturi dimension cast into the body.
