Who do you recommend for a custom roller lifter builder for a pontiac 455 and on a budget?

Why are you building a custom lifter?

Off the shelf high end roller lifters run between $800 and $2700.

I cannot imagine any custom lifter being a "budget" item.

Well, maybe if you're quite wealthy.

Why does it have to be custom? What will not work with an off the shelf lifter?
