Blower motor 66 deuce

do these come out under the dash?? I got my 383 in my stocker but I cant get the pass. valvecover off with the stud girdle on. Dont really want to use the sawzall on it.:D

After some wigglin and jigglin I managed to find a way to get the cover off.
