I don't know the details here, but it has almost happened to me.They wave you off round after round and just when you think they are waving you off again, that is the time they want you to weigh.

So they do random weight checks during eliminations even if it was not a heads-up pairing?

Yes. Sometimes weigh, sometimes weigh AND fuel.Sometimes Heads Up Only,Sometimes NO weigh or fuel.

I highly doubt anybody would be too light on weight, but there is now a rule where you can be "too heavy".

The classes are (for example) 8.00-8.49, 8.50-8.99, etc., not "8.00 and up", "8.50 and up", etc., hence both min & max weights.

you cant be heaver than the next class example if the break is 3500 and the next class is 3700 if ur in the 3500 class you can only be as heavy as 3699

I`ve never been waved off in the first couple of rounds, only the mid to late rounds on Sunday. Always look for the win light in your lane in elims no matter what!!! Mistake by the faster car driver.
