Download rulebook?
 
Maybe I was dreaming or maybe just getting old but, I was thinlking a NHRA member could download rulebook (free)? Another enhancement?

Members can download it free but if you want to have one in your pocket it costs you.
Thats the ENHANCEMENT. They are charging for something the used to be included for free.

I was able to download the rule book and save it to a file for future use

I have an iPad so saved it in iBooks for quick referral plus being able to do quick searches...actually makes it easier than looking for the paper rulebook.
