Sure would be a cool car. IMO. Not sure how good it would be though.

'64 273 is only available with a very small 2bbl and rated 180/165. Not sure if anyone has had much success with this combo in a Dart. Wong maybe? They work ok in a wagon! Jim

Greg, He's going to need a roll bar, new harness every two years...Slow car, being chased all the time, all strapped in.... I vote NO

(4 speed makes T/Stock ..Check with Paul Wong if serious)

Mark, I was told at Houston points meet that you don`t have to replace seat belts every two years if you race N stock or below, even if you have a roll bar. Just put new belts in my O/SA wagon? Tom

Thanks,Tom
Interesting. Only sensible thing I've heard coming out of there in a long time.

BTW, NO ONE there has ever been able to explain why a 12.85 Stock Class car needs a roll bar, but an 11.50 bracket bomber doesn't.

Re: 1964 Dart GT Conv.

Mark I told him about the roll bar.... I'm trying to get it from him just for the hell of it....I've never tried a Mopar & you know me I don't mind a "slow" class car! ;)
