Which are better for a 305 HO stocker; 555 or 416 ?

I have a pair of 555's and a pair of 416's. I'm new at this 305 stuff and was wondering which is the head of choice before I start spending money on them.

I'm too old and too poor to get into a major testing program. Hoping someone would point me in the right direction.

Not looking to hit the ground running or even jogging. But, maybe power walking.

Bobby the 416's are fine.....the myth up here in Div.3 is the 555 heads were a misprint.

the quickest/fastest 305 stocker in the country has 416 heads
