I have one for you. Would you like a 5.7, 5.9, 6.1, 6.4 or 512? Let's see; B/SA that as yet unrun 6.4 (392) might just qualify in Indy. And I will give you a liberal allowance for your other cars.

The last paragraph is about classes where there is only one vehicle entered.
The way I understand it :...is that say, there are 7 different classes in Stock Combo/Auto with only one vehicle each. Those 7 drivers would be paired up (somehow) and the difference in the indexes for their respective classes would dictate the amount of handicap start the slower class vehicle gets from the start. From there, first to the finish wins. Then keep pairing up until there are only 2 vehicles left. Am I understanding this correctly ? |
