If GM were to try to do something like this they would screw it up so badly it would sink, no one left there that really understands Drag Racing. They have not had a real Sportsman Program since the Oldsmobile ERA. Pontiac just pick up the scraps form Oldsmobile.

When is the NHRA going to wise up and put these cars in their own class? If you do them like the 68 Darts and Barracudas that'll keep the indexes from getting hammered.

Just got back from the PRI SHOW about 30 minutes ago...this car was on display at the entrance on the left......looked neat, but $103,000.00 ?

Ford will also be selling "rollers" with apparently everything but the engine & trans. $50k was the preliminary price. It was the blue one in their display.
