069 L-88 manifold question
 

Does anyone know if the 3 hole closed plenum manifold came on 67 L-88 vettes? I read in a book that the 67 L-88 069 would have been 2 hole open plenum only

The book you read would be correct the 67 L-88 would have the open plenum intake only. I don't have Chevrolet by the Numbers handy but I believe the 3 hold closed plenum was used from 66-67 on the 396/375. There was another version of that intake with 2 holes and closed plenum used in 68.

Thank you Clay. I have a 66 date code L-88 carb on a 3 hole closed 069 and the guy is 99% sure they both belong to an original L-88 from 67. The intake is dated 8-27-65 The carb is dated 1st week of aug 66
I was hoping that this pair was in fact married on a 427
