Live from the NHRA Finals
 

Here we are again at the last race of the year, the Finals at Pomona Raceway. They have a strict noise ordinance here. No race motors can be started before 8AM. Stock runs their first qualifying pass a 8:15AM. It's pretty hectic for Stock. Almost as soon as you get to the lanes you have to get ready to run.

I'll try to keep you informed as to what's happening here. I will also try to get some pictures for you.

Well, I guess they are behind schedule already. The second qualifying session for Stock has been moved until after the second Comp session. In other words, at the end of the day.
