What in the rulebook do you not understand. Yes there are some gray areas but its pretty much cut and dry. Remember that when you remove the hvac stuff off the firewall you must make a piece to replace lip to hold weatherstripping. Go to your nearest div. race or an s/ss asc. race. You'll find at least one person willing to answer all your questions.

Biggest piece of advice I can give ?

If you have really (RTFM) then ask the question here, explaining how YOU believe you understood it.

Ignore any flames, and wait for an answer someone will help, sometimes by PM, you cant believe how many questions I have had answered by all the wonderfull class racers here via PM who dont post in the public light.

You wont get an answer if you dont ask, OR you expect (and I certainly dont think this is the case) someone else to figure it out for you.

Learn to grow a thick skin, the answers are here, the combined experience of racers here is usnderstimated by new people, myself included.

The piece your talking about ,the lip that goes under the hood, you can get from one of the vendors that advertises on malibu racing .com. Other than that what else would you like to know.

Chris, I agree with what you say here. These two lines say alot. Only other thing I can add. IF you have a question, think it out and give as much information as possible. The more information YOU provide, the better a chance you will get a response.

As Chris said, many that offer the best advise, DON'T post on the forum that often.

Good luck,
