Calvert 90/10 Shocks - difference?
If you use the Calvert front shock, did you notice a significant improvement with them from a 3-way adjustable?
We race on a marginal track locally and my 60' times can sometimes range from 1.58 to 1.62 between back to back runs in the same lane. ------- 68 Camaro SBC. I am currently using Comp Engineering (3 way) 90/10 front shocks on my car. I have Cal-Tracs and Rancho single adj rr shocks on the rear. Stock mono-leafs. 28x9 bias Hoosier. 385 sbc. 4.10s, th3500 3600 stall. Footbrake at 2000-2200 rpms. ------- This was at KCIR. 1.52 60' times all day Saturday and Sunday. We can barely pop the tire at home. Are we chasing a losing battle with a 28x9 tire? http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._4665465_n.jpg Thank you, Clark |
