What is legal and what isn't? What fuel management system is best?

The only person I know that runs one isTom Reese with the P/SA Camaro. He lives down around Cinn

Terry,
Intake manifold and throttle body have to be stock. Holly fuel management system is easiest to use. What engine are you useing?

If I went that route, it would be a '91 305 Camaro.
