I've been cleaning out my shop and found a Holley carb in with all my Qjets. I need some help to identify what it is.
On the choke horn it has what looks like a GM part #
3959164-GE

Any ideas?

750/780 vacuum secondary, found on big block Chevy engines.

I believe it was built 3rd week April 1969

OE for '69 Chev 350-370hp Corvette, 396-375hp ALL, 427-425hp ALL. Look at the tech sheet for 1969 Chevrolet.
