Use either Belzona #1111. It is great when using oxygenated fuels.

or

POR Patch

I used Splah Zone in the past. I do not know if they have changed their formulation, however, when used with oxygenated fuels and other chemicals, it tends to break down.

for the amount I need Splash Zone would be cost prohibitive!!!!! That stuff is about $80 per small container. Will look into trying maybe JB Weld or Devcon too---thanx for all the ideas tho I appreciate the input---By the way this is going into an ALUMINUM SHEET METAL INTAKE MANIFOLLD not a cast manifold---do not know if that makes any difference. But keep those ideas coming will look into all of them---thanx Comp387

If your looking for an epoxy go to Smooth-On.com and check out their MT-13. By far the best epoxy I've found. You're right about JB Weld, it doesn't play well with gas. Danny
