Trailer &snon
After looking and seeing over a foot of snow on top, I'm wondering at what point do ya need to try and clean it off ? I'm not trying to be a smart a++ just don't want the trailer ruined........and to old and lazy to do it.

Re: Trailer &snon
Hey BOB put some heat in the trialer and it will melt it off the top.Jack it up so it will drain off the roof.

Re: Trailer &snow
I keep it jacked up all the time for the water to run off . With the trailer being insulated will the heat work ? Still looking into the other thing we were talking about.

Re: Trailer &snon
Yes if you get it up to about 80 in the trailer it will melt it off.
P.S. Did i hear you talking about a guy that might need a driver. Because BRIAN is looking for a ride to run the div 3 races. |

Re: Trailer &snon
One of my buddies had his Interstate trailer collapse a few years ago with about 2' of snow on it !! ...The top bows were the u shaped ones ......Pulled the sides in against each other at the top..........On the good side tho, his insurance did cover it. .....If you don't have coverage ,I'd clean it. .......Tom

Tom, that's another good thing about being old, everything you have is insured.

Re: Trailer &snon
Hey Bob, maybe you could get some beer ( like you don't already have a bunch ) and you & Tom & George & I could get in the trailer and talk about battery chargers. The hot air would melt the snow!

Re: Trailer &snon
That's a good one Bob, true but good, is George going racing this year?
Also good to see your still kicking, guess you and Ann went on another of those great vacations. See ya at Indy........ |
Re: Trailer &snon
Just have Pat stand in the trailer for ten minutes no more snow, or snon as you called it.
