Moroso Ceramic Engine Seal
Has anyone out there used this product? Does it seal small water leaks as the product description claims?

Re: Moroso Ceramic Engine Seal
Yes, it does. I usually follow it with sodium silicate, found at the local drug store.

in the old days of cast iron headed modified production cars, they bought stock in ceramic seal and usually used it every time the raced.engine builders always said if it didn't leak a little it wasn't going to be fast.

Mike,
If you have a crack or hole in the head you wll not have very good luck with any type of block sealer. I have tried them all. Sometimes you can get a temp fix from it. In my experience I have always had to find the cause of the water leak and weld or epoxy the problem. good luck |

This is the best product I have found for pesky water leaks in heavily ported heads: http://www.steelseal.com Pricey, but works.
