Proper Planning

Everyone on this forum should make plans now to attend the Sportsnationls at No Problem Raceway. For you will see the racing experience at its best. 1. A track that has real teeth. 2. Great food and drink. 3. Fans that enjoy. 4. Good weather to go fast. 5. A bar that looks straight up the track that has bullet proof glass. 6. 1000 lbs crawfish boil. 7. Very good pit area. 8. Class Racing.
I know I am forgetting other reasons to make the race so how about some help on why to make the Race.
The IHRA racers need to come and race your cars in one of the Super classes if it won't fit NHRA.

This is the track where memories are made!

Got a lot of work to do, but Joe and I plan on it.

Bob Gipson is going to try and go.

Bill Dyer said he is going.

Re: Proper Planing

If there ever is a must attend event, Pat's race is it. I would drive double the distance to the Sports@NoProblem, than any other event. Personally I would rather go to that event than Indy. I only went once (2005), but I can't wait to go again. They didn't run the index race yet then.

Pat deserves all the credit, he is the leader of the Band at that facility and it is his energy, enthusiasm and goodwill that makes everyone around him run his event so well.

Do they still have a swamp cruise ?

I really would like to go,but with the way the economy is I can go to three races for the price of one. But there is always next year.

OK Worlds Greatest Planner, what are we going to do this year. It's pretty obvious that Top Stock on Thursday don't work. People don't show (even for free), won't come to the line on time (typical stock and super stock person), the swamp tours are fun but hard to set up because you have to book the boat and then get transportation on Thursday when everyone is in simi race mode. The Crawfish (which should be good this year-26 inches of rain so far this December) boil is taken for another night. I will just bet there are some ideas from this forum. This forum always got ideas!!!!! The Dance in front of the tower is taken by Pat. (lotta nerve) Whatcha think? Another U/SA shootout? That was fun. Between Cap't Jack and Ron it's always fun. SS/AH got no shootout yet, but those guys run for free sometime. Runwhatchabrung pro staggered tree? AA/SA & AA/S shootout pro tree?
