68-72 nova spring/cal trac
 

I am building a 68-72 Nova stocker and wondering if any can help with spring height im going with the cal trac set up, do i want standard or the +/-. also how wide of wheels and what backspace will work? Im going to run hoosier 30x9 radials. Thanks.

I just ordered a set of caltracs and composite springs for my 68 Bird. With the 275 tire I run they suggested I not go for the extra 1" reason being my original suspension is probably sagged and it would make the car look funny.

BTW the only the springs went up in price. The price jump for caltracs was for truck applications only.

Here is mine, 1" extra height, 10 x 15" wheels with 9 x 30 x 15 slicks. Wheels have 5.5 Back space. Just bought all new Aluma Stars and they do not have 5.5 BS, so I bought 6in BS and will put a 1/2 in spacer in there.
