Last Wed our mom Lillian recieved a liver transplant, and so far things are working out well, she is resting and recovering in NYU medical center, doctors said so far everything is looking excellent, we of course are keeping our fingers crossed. Obviously this is the reason John and I have been absent from the last few events. We appreciate the well wishes from the few who knew of the situation. John and I thought we should let the rest of our racing friends know what was up. Our return to the track is obviously up in the air right now for this season. Hope to see everyone sooner than later.

Best wishes to your mom on a quick recovery. Though I must say I feel bad for your guys...you've had a tough couple of years here.

Anyway, drag racing will still be here when you guys can come back, and you're good enough that it will be just like remembering how to ride a bicycle...
