1969 Camaro backhalf

I am thinking of rebackhalfing my camaro. It has a ladder bar set up now and want to change it to a 4 link. Any tips or kits to use. Who has the best kit out there.

The last couple I did I used Chassis Engineering, they were nice kits, no problems at all.

Their kits are very simple with good instructions.

Something to consider.

If you re-backhalf the camaro be sure to have whoever is doing it add the factory floor pans between the rails in the backhalf. Do the same in the trunk area also. This will add value to the Camaro if you ever decide to sell it. The camaro in regards to flooring would then be NHRA superstock compliant and not just another backhalved racecar.

Jeff,,,You know me,,I'm a little biased out here in the NW,, but I know the Morrison units are a good way to go also. That number 1 son of mine(you remember him), is in the process of putting his 69 Nova back together after putting one in 2 weeks ago. Its a very stout looking piece and there will deffinately be a learning curve for him after a couple seasons of Cal-Trac bars and 10.5 tires.Luckily hes around a bunch of racers with a lot of 4 link experience. The car looks bitchin' with the 14x32s on it!
Good luck whichever way you go,,,,,,,,,,Danny Durham
