? for stocker engine builders
Looking at the pistons/rods that are listed as legal with NHRA, every single LS1 piston and rod listed has the wrist pin diameter at .927", yet stock LS1 is .945". In the rod section it says that the wrist pin must be OEM (.945" in this case) or larger, and these same rod manufacturers make rods that already have the .945" pin hole, why are these "legal" rods not on the list? - so everyone is boring out the small end of their LS1 rods to "make" them legal?
