Hoosier Radial Questions
Do those of you that run Hoosier Radial 9x30 rotate them every so often? How often? How many passes do you get out of them on average? Thanks,

Re: Hoosier Radial Questions
I rotate mine aout every 4-5 runs. They usually last about 90-100 passes,if you don't get crazy in the water and try to look like John Force.

Re: Hoosier Radial Questions
I was talking to a hoosier tire rep the other day about which way the tires should be mounted, he said it did not matter. he also said you should only rotate them if the tread starts to feather up, and after a run or two you should put them back. do not switch them back and forth. they will last longer this way.

Re: Hoosier Radial Questions
j gardiner,
I agree and have been doing it that way for 10-15 years...They do last longer, and you don't need to have a Smoke-Show anymore, just a little smoke is fine....LOL, * They still outlast the rest in Radials......... |
Re: Hoosier Radial Questions
Same here.....I've blazed "em to the starting line and done a burnout with what you can barely call smoke. 60's arent any different.
65 runs, same side. The best part...I push it in the trailer at 20lbs, I back it out a month later. 20lbs in each tire! (even with a new found plug in one tire) |
