60' small block
 
what 60' would a 327/274 chev @ 3180 lbs have to go to run 11.50 or .8 under the index ? What kind of hp would it have to make ? not wanting any speed secrets, i just want a goal to shoot for . thanks

I would say probally 370hp at sea level would do it no problem..My little 283 has went low 11.60s and a best of 11.59 at that wieght and it made 350 on our dyno which is very conservative..

I would say low to mid 1.50's. my car runs a 283 @3150 #s and has 1.62- 1.65. 66 nova 4 door.

That sounds about right if you got it all working good you get high 1.40's..
