Let the Games Begin

With just a week away from our season opener I hope everyone is geared up and ready to go. The long range forecast for Epping is Sunny and temps in the low 70’s. Let’s hope Mother Nature stays in agreement with the Weather Channel. Please remember to have your ASRA membership form and dues paid before the running of first round in order to collect your points and be eligible for ASRA payout portion of the purse.
This year Excelwash car products have made their contingency payouts even better. Not only are they paying the Winner $100 and the RU $50 they are also paying out $25 to the No.1 qualifier which is based on the best reaction time during qualifying. Be sure to contact Jeff Coyne for all the details and the decals needed for this program.
Also I want to remind everyone of the race we have planned for Saturday the 16th at Oxford Raceway. As we noted before this will be a Non-Point race event. The entrée fee is $50 and the payouts are based on how many racers enter, so let’s see a raise of hands on whose going. This is a great facility and should be a fun time. Hope to see you there.

Looks like rain overnight and clearing out early in the day tomorrow. Here's the tracks # 603 679 8001, if the weather is questionable give them a call as your traveling.

As far as I know it sounds like a few guys went to Oxford, should be beautiful up there today.

Hope to see you tomorrow,
George
