4th gen f-body 95 camaro manual brakes question

What do you guys run? I set mine up and I can't hardly stop the car. The pedal is very hard and you have to stand on it to stop the car?

Thanks,
Justen

Did you repositon where the rod attaches to the pedal to get the correct pedal ratio? Billingsley racing recomends the hole be 1 inch above the factory riviot that the stock rod attaches to. This is how I did mine and its been great.

I did that on a 77 Firebird. Rock solid until I moved the rod up 1 inch to the next hole.

The stock hole only provides about 4to1 pedal ratio. ....Moving about 1" to 1 1/4" inches gives about 6, 6 1/2 to 1 ratio. ......Tom

I moved it up 1 inch and then moved it back 1/2 inch because the angle looked way off on the pushrod.
