shims for 5.0 pedestal rockers
what is the best to use for shimming my rockers? any help is greatly appreciated.

have always used brass shim stock in varing thichnkess (sp)

ford motorsport,crane cams and comp cams make shims for this this adjustment

Don`t forget that as of this year, we can now use guide plates, so screw in studs are a viable option to the shims or z@#%&** adjustable pushrods!

I had a handful of rat motor valve springs shims left over from the Vega days. Just cut them up with tin snips, drilled a 5/16 hole and party on Garth!! Charlie Allen |

thanks guys. got some old feeler gauges i was thinking of using. just checking to see if there was some super-duper fix all 3 tenths faster shims i should use:)
