3" Stroke crankshafts

Of all the forged 265/283/302 cranks available, is one better than the other? I was told the "236" is the best of the lot. Anyone have any knowledge on this?

We're running the 236 in our 283 and have so in other cars for years....It may be the most common one but I dunno? Always had good luck with them...there might be better ones now but not sure?
