Sun Screen Reminder
 

So easy to keep sun screen on the sink and use it before morning exit. Keep some in trailer for at the races. Just checking in to help us all. Just had 10th Surgery on forehead. It was for third Squamous cell CA. Awaiting pathology final report before skin graft. Not trying to be downer but reminder of risks of Summer racing fun in the sun. My Best to all.

Level 40 is always in the truck. And I use it. Wind burn is a problem for me. I keep long sleeve shirts and "safari" hats handy. Fishing shirts and pants are great for hot weather. I've had a cancer you can't avoid, no reason to not avoid the ones you can.

I've had skin cancer three ties now and always use at least 30 each time at the track.

SPF 50 for me and lots of it. I will definitely be using it this weekend at Maple Grove.
