C4 front pump modifications
 

A few years ago we had someone PM us some information about some front pump modifications for our C4 that were potentially worth a little bit of ET. At the time we were in the middle of an engine build and didn't have the cash flow. Seems we eventually deleted the PM due to lack of space in our inbox... now we'd like to get in touch with said person, or anyone else that may have some tricks or trick parts to make the C4 a little faster.

Ours is essentially stock parts outside the 2.92 first gear we put in a while back. Don't want to mess with lightening parts too much because we race the crap out of this thing and don't want to start having part failures, but if this person or anyone else has a few tricks we can look into doing we're all ears. Go to ford muscle website search for c4 modification the is a huge thread on it. you can lighten and take some parts out of your tranny. Believe me put over 700 runs on mine with no issues and i hot lap my car in testing 10 runs in less then 4 is very common for me. if you dont find the thread let me know have some print outs, most all the stuff you guys can do your self very little money. will show you how to rollerize.
