No, the factory trans brake will not be legal for Stock, the car will have to built as per NHRA rules for the class.

Funny how the press release brags about 485 hp.yet is only rated 390 by NHRA. Same ***** different day. Rick ps I wonder if they would give 20% off my combo? not !!!

Agree, just like the ultra bogus 360 HP the 2015 Camaro started with as opposed to its 425 HP factory rating. Happy to see the new cars competing in Stock, but do the guys in legacy cars always have to get it in the A** for a couple of years before the AHFS catchs up with the new combinations? Why not start with the factory HP ratings and then let the AHFS level the playing field?

The car is already built and has a trans brake and is set to run stock. How is that going to be handled?
