Curt Heib, E/SA, WINNER, Rick Ryan, SS/NA, runner up. Paul Klein, SS/LA and Doug Engels, GT/GA, semis. Gene Bichelmier, # 1 Qualifier.

Two records were set. Gene Bichlmier, GT/I, 66 Nova, 9.90 and Wayne Denklau, SS/K, 66 Nova, 10.20. (If my calculations are right) Congratulations to both!

Curt, Jim, and all who contributed to Aaron's combo race and the open.....Thank you. It is alot of work to plan. Thanks to Melinda (again) for getting us organized. I had fun and really enjoyed spending some time with some old and new friends. Also, Thank You to Bob, Ron, Dan and everybody who keeps Midwest Class Racers on track. It looks like it continues to grow. Looking forward to getting out and seeing you all next year.

There was $1500 added to the regular NHRA purse on Sunday. It will be paid out as follows, $700 to the winner, $300 to the runner up, $150 to the semi finalists and $50 each to the 4 quarter finalists. Oahe Speedway will be mailing those checks.

$3800 was paid out on Saturday. Another $1500 was added to the regular NHRA purse on Sunday. Not bad paydays for 32 cars!
