There is a simple three step plan for deciding race car colors.
1-If it will buff and shine, leave it alone. Looks like you don't have that option.
2-If you have to paint it, paint it white. Can't go wrong.
3-Whatever color your sponsor wants!

Finally decided on a color. AMG Imola grey.
Stopped by yesterday to see the spray out and I’m very happy with it!! Crazy metallic and flops from a bright silver to a gun metal grey.

He’s running a week behind but it’s in the booth and should start laying paint early next week.

The wheelie bar looks a bit to long 48" or rear of bumper, unless thats changed also. Nice looking build.

Jim, Those bars turned into $750 pile of scrap.
I ended up with the Kier bar.

Speaking of wheelie bars I totally forgot I had him make a notch in the rear valance.
