So do you or any of the other haters in this thread have proof that people were paid to loose as has been suggested? Looking at the results I see where one guy was -.006 against him.....I doubt that was intentional. Next round was heads up. Based off qualifying results, it looked like Justin was .2 quicker than his opponent so maybe he paid him off but It looks like he would have won that race. The last one who knows. I will give you that but if you are going to accuse someone of paying people to hand him the win in public you should have some facts to bring to the table. If not you are no better than the guy you are accusing IMO. If you were there and had the proof you should have brought it to NHRA's attention and let them handle it.

Herem I would expect nothing less out of some round buying west coast boys hiding behind some bogas name.
I just want to know if V made Justin pay for his rounds out of hid own pocket or if round buying is bulit into the budget for 2013 race season.
That is a nice YouTube video randy. You guys can toast to me all you want. But the facts don't lie.
How about the final round at the last pts race he ran. That race was a 22 point swing. Where Doug failed to stage vs him

Round buying? im still laughing. where are the facts genius? have you seen a check or cash handed over? id love to see your PROOF? lets see the facts!

But as of the 2013 budget it appears its now 10k larger... oh wait, they all rolled over for him in Super Stock today too... so that makes it 14-15k larger!!! plus a ring we can trade to someone for a real important round next season!!!

Where is the bogus name? I clearly posted my name, google it if youd like!

Jealousy is an ugly thing!!

Ryan no one is saying Justin is not a talented racer. But you can't tell me he did not buy3 rounds at his last two pts races.
Why would I be jealous of someone who has to buy a championship? And besides Drew passed me a long time ago for both the world and div 3 title. He is the one that got boned in the deal.
Anyone that can read drag race central can see the 3 rounds he purchased. Congrats Justin on your 2013 stock eliminator championship**. The sad part is he had a good chance to beat all the racers he paid off or made deals with.

Re: Sliding through the lights trying to stage

I was on the starting line observing the race in person.
I know both the racers and have raced them both several
times and run the same class as they do.

I watched both of them prepare their cars for a Heads Up
race and push them to starting line. I saw the tension and
effort they had made to win the race in their demeanor and that
of their crew. Unless they are the best actors I have seen in my
Fifty years of drag racing............The race was the real deal!

Justin's car was probably a good .1 to .2 faster consistantly
and in qualifing. Vegas is Home track to both of us......I watch his
car in testing all the time and know it's performance capability.

By the sound of Gilleys car when he put it on the
two step.............He had raised his chip up a significant amount......
I would do the same thing and pull out all the stops on a Heads Up
especially if I knew I was the underdog and indeed we HAD done the
same thing and gambled by raising the chip to the limit and gambling
that it would work with very little to lose being on the short side
of a heads up second round in Super Stock today.

Larry Gilley won the very First National Race he ever entered in Stock
and won the fourth National he entered right here in Vegas a couple of years ago!

He came to Vegas to race and win again.
What I know of his intergrity and his conduct as a person,
I do NOT believe he was Bought Out PERIOD END!!!!!!

I have carefully read each and every post on this Thread and I have not
seen a shread of concrete evidence put forth!!!!!
I do not have a dog in this fight, I have been beaten and have beat
both of these men as like most anyone who races in Division 7 for a
few years.

Again..........I was there and closely watching the race with great interest
and curiosity as they were in my class and often my competitor.........
How many of you gentleman were there by the starting line watching with me?
