Best time so far on the Lite car is 13.98. Working on putting weight in it this week. Going to put in permanent weight to make -T- weight and a weight box to make -U-..I will for sure make one of the ASSSA races this year.

Robbie,

The official name for the block plate is starter indexing plate.

Not bad. You're in good shape. Nice job.

Well I'm happy to report that I won this weekend at the Summit Series race in only my 3rd time out in the car. I added 70 lbs to the car to make it T weight. It weighed in at 2900 lbs. Best time was 14.11 and I have yet to play with the timing so there is more in it. I like this car already.

Well here we go, 1st class race this weekend. Ran the car at Vegas last weekend at -U- weight and ran 14.22 on a 15.11 index but the air was really good. Everyone was going fast. Got all the little things fixed so.....Lets see how I do.

Best of luck out at Wild Horse to you, and Kelly, and Jeff Stout. We all kind of built our cars at about the same time, I enjoyed watching the builds happen on this site--it kept me going hard on mine. You guys all got done ahead of me as far as reaching the index, I still got a ways to go. My transmission is currently getting beefed up a little with a lower first gear, some better clutches, and a fancy-dancy converter that I hope is about right. I'll be back in the swing next year I hope.
One of you guys better be top qualifier or in the final. It's expected of you.

Thanks for the kind words. I know I wont be top qualifier, but I have found a good spot on tree and weather station shows a pretty good ET pattern. Lets see how I fair. Haven't done a Div race in years only local stuff and some heads up street car stuff.

Thank you from me too. I will be happy if i'm in the top 10. I'm pretty sure there will be 2 U cars that will be faster than me.

Well I'll post my last post on this build now the car has completed. I had a blast. Ran -919 under and qualified 10th. Lost a close race to Nanette Stine in the 1st round. We killed the tree, her 006 to my .010. Double break out win.
