Re: Strange chrome-moly driveshafts
Went with a 3" on a mid 3100ish lbs SS car. Go with their billet yolk as well. It's a very well built piece, hated to paint over it.

Re: Strange chrome-moly driveshafts
Best deal going on a nice driveshaft. I ordered mine through Summit for free shipping and all. Just be very sure to measure correctly. They come with nice Spicer joints and I used a MW billet yoke. it's overkill for my 1/8mi bracket car but I had a stock shaft that had been cut down and an adapter joint from 1310 to 1350.

Re: Strange chrome-moly driveshafts
It seems like a really good piece. My only dilemma is I can get the Strange ds and another brand 4 inch aluminum ds for about the same price and not positive which route to go. Car will be around 32-3300 and make around 900 hp

Re: Strange chrome-moly driveshafts
Be careful about 'critical speed' issues, there is more to driveshaft design than strength, RPM and length are determining factors in what diameter is correct.

Re: Strange chrome-moly driveshafts
Aluminum Driveshaft, the best IMO. Inland Empire, 2nd to none.
