IHRA Summit Sportsman Spectacular
 
Is it just me, or did IHRA already change the payout structure for their Summit Sportsman Spectaculars from last year? Also, from the flyers, it looks as if the payout is different at different tracks?
Do they also allow double entries or buybacks?
