I know it's early but I just found out that Rock Falls Raceway is awarding NHRA Wally trophies to the Stock/SS Winners on BOTH days of the Midwest Class Racers $2,000 Combo races on June 17 and 18 !!!

I know you'll want to put it on your schedule and support the new owner and track that re-invests in the Future with new 330' concrete, asphalt and expanded pit parking PLUS unbelievable payouts for only a $100 daily entry!

Sorry, it is not a National Open but they are real Wallys. No valuable grade points available

Corky, it means I like winning Wallys, and NHRA wants us to go to
7 or 8 points meets or National Opens to get enough Grade Points
to get into some of the National Meets. J.R.

Al this is great news - a wally - great paying races - 2 races 1 tow - and a new updated track that welcomes S/SS. We as S/SS racers would be foolish to miss this opportunity!

let's see if we can get a great turnout for this race. This track is getting what a lot of older tracks need a complete makeover. Jim has invested a ton of money in this makeover to make sure there is a great race track for years to come. I said this before its my new favorite race track. See you there John

Spectator Gate is open for stacking all day Friday.
Pit Gates open 7:00PM - 8:30PM for Friday Night parking!!

Saturday: Glen DeMenge wins a close one over Scott Dugdale. 46 cars

Sunday: Marlene Nelson over Brad Kolvisto. 44cars

Improvements keep happening there with clearing out 20 acres of spectator side trees in preparation for moving the pits to the other side.

Couldn't ask for a better weekend of racing The weather looked at times to be a problem but the track crew had a handle on it and we didn't hardly lose any time. Big thank you for Jerry Nash for the live feeds this weekend was able to watch 1st rd while stuck in traffic in Minneapolis. You need to come see this track it's going though a complete make over and is only going to get better. Again thanks to all the track personal on a great weekend. John
