After going thru a flood myself and knowing the expense, devistation and sick feeling of the aftermath, we want to offer our services FREE. Hi ken,i think thats a great thing your doing. My car and my daughters 2 dragsters were lucky and did not take in any water ,amazing after seeing 3 feet of water surrounding them thrus. Morning.nice to see racers helping racers in a time of need,,,,ray stanton

Someone should organize a beefsteak dinner as a fundraiser for those who were unfortunate to have their stuff there and did not have any insurance.
We used to do it down here - $100 a head all you can eat and drink and the proceeds went to the people who needed it.
I would imagine EVERYONE who races at the track would attend and contribute. It's a night out with dinner and drinks so you're not just giving $100 for nothing.
Just a thought - my fat *** would drive up for a beefsteak !!! LOL

Kenny will be at LVD this Saturday 8/8/09 around 8:00 am. and be there for a couple of hours. He will help ANYONE who need there trans done.
He will also be there next weekend for the TD race saturday & sunday.
This gives you an extra week if need be.
Steve is also going to post something on the website.

One time for ****s and giggles with a few buddies I made 11 trips to the food line - lmao !!! Sorry 9 were food and 2 were desserts.
Needless to say it was a rough evening ;) Amazing what a few beers and a challenge will make people do.
