When does a record revert to a "minimum" ?
Can one of you guys educate a dumb bracket racer. When does an NHRA national record revert to "minimum" ? Is it a certain time period or are there other factors involved ? How is the "minumum" determined ?
Just curious, |
Re: When does a record revert to a "minimum" ?
Rule book says:
"Comp, Super Stock and Stock records will retire automatically after two years, on the last day of the previous month in which the record was set." |

I found it after your first reply. Is the "minimum" just the previous record ?

Re: When does a record revert to a "minimum" ?
I'm pretty sure they add .50 to the index for the minimum.
Like at the National Events where they run Class ,in a single car class you must run -.50 to be credited with the Class Win..... |
