Modified super stock
With a 398 ci motor what would the weight be base off of for that ci and index ( class ) for modified super stock in a fwd conversion car ?

SS/BM-8.50 lbs per ci Index-9.20 AM-2,985lbs 2,836lbs with an automatic transmission BM-3,383lbs 3,214lbs with an automatic transmission |

SS/AS 3380 lbs @ 9.60 index. SS/AM 2985 lbs @ 9.00 index , minus 5% if you use auto trans, either class.

Sounds like an awesome build. Are you using one of the new aluminum G3 blocks? and what rocker arm system did you end up going with?

In Modified Stock section 12D (one four barrel) a Hemi can only run in AS.
In Modified section 12F (two four barrel) a Hemi can run in AM or BM. There are cylinder head restrictions for each each class, read the rule book with care. |

AS single carb is limited to cfm
Plan on to run AM with no restrictions on carb or dual carbs allowed Mine is setup with single billet 2.400 |

No on the billet carb. But ... check out Scott Gove's Avenger, SS/AM 7.90's car really rocks!
