OLD STYLE CLASS RACING RETURNS
TO IT'S ROOTS AT ERP

http://www.eddyvilleraceway.com/2010...ified-nova.jpgJust like in life it seems everything that is old becomes new again and that appears to be the case with the old style modified class racing (old AHRA style on the 70's and 80's) as it returns to ERP in 2010 with a twist. "This is an opportunity for the old style hi-reving cars to race in an all out format" said ERP Manager Gerald Kramer. "We are looking very forward to hosting these events and watching this group of cars grow."
There will two classes of competition, Jr Modified and Modified. The Index and General rules are attached. The race dates (listed as Modified Class Events in the Season Brochure) are Saturday's June 12, July 17, August 14 and September 11.
Modified and Jr Modified Entry Fees and Payouts

Entry Fee: $60
Pay-Out
4 cars or less, 80% of entry fees
5-8 cars $300 win, $100 R.U.
9-12 cars $400 win, $150 R.U. $50 Semis
13-16 cars $500 Win $250 R.U. $50 semis
17 & up $600 win, $250 R.U., $100 semi`s, $50 1/4`s,
