727 transbrake valve body recommendations
I'm doing research regarding a 727 transbrake valve body. For the Mopar racers out there, which do you use? So far I've found TCI, ATI, CRT, Turboaction, Transact.
Any real world experience would be greatly appreciated. My car is a low eleven second Dart. Also thinking of an adjustable release button. Suggestions?? Thanks guys Jeff |

Get in contact with Keith Long, 727specialist.com . Keith took over the production of Steve Griner's Torqueflite valve bodies. I really like my Griner stuff. My second choice would be Rick Allison at A&A.

Re: 727 transbrake valve body recommendations
CRT and Allison both are good...know Cope has a second gear leave on the brake if the track is really slick. Biondo sells the Terminator button which gives you quite a bit of adjustment by simply adding or subtracting the spacers. Not all the adjustable buttons are legal by the way.

Thanks
I've heard good things about the CRT on another forum also. |
Re: 727 transbrake valve body recommendations
Call John Cope at CRT, his new billet transbrake is a very good piece. I have one in both of my cars, highly recommend!

Mine is a Turbo Action, I cycle it a couple times before staging, never a problem.
