Piedmont races 1 & 2
 

It's finally here...our first CCRA race of the year for 2017. Gates open Saturday morning at 9 a.m. and the plan is to start time runs at 11. (2 time runs) You can park just outside the ticket booth entrance in the big grass field on Friday night if you want to come in early as there is plenty of room there and move in Saturday or stay out in the field. Sunday gates open at 10 a.m. and no engines can start before 12 noon. Time trials should start around 12:15-12:30. ( 1 time trial on Sun.) All rules remain as in years past w/ best reaction time from the previous round getting the bye run and our last time run best reaction time will determine 1st round bye. There are no buy backs. Lane choice is determined by which ever staging lane you line up in and beyond that a coin toss once there is only one lane of cars.

Make sure when you all enter the gate you let them know that your crew members should be paying $15 per day. The Saturday rate for everyone else is $20 and Clint said he would let our folks pay the normal admission.
