All those years I ordered GSA approved containers and I could stored my TS and two man control material in cardboard boxes and locked the bathroom door.

The difference is one surrendered the material the other obstructed the law and thus the raid to retrieve it. Both are wrong in having it in their possession.

Appears to be 12 years of conservative leadership to me. Ought to be able to clean up democrat crap and straighten up the US. Close borders, deport illegals, end DEI, tough on crime, build prisons, end wars, eliminate foreign spending, out of NATO, death for drug dealers, death for terrorists, work farms for homeless and undesireables, cut welfare dependency. Just starters. Don't like it, leave.

What makes it illegal, the only thing that makes it illegal is the improper storage, access by people who do not have a need to know, and obstruction when requested to turn it over to authorities. Mark don't speak on something you never had access to, makes you look really...I will leave that part to you.

Some of the documents SHOULD have been transferred to the National Archives. Some were considered to be "Personal" documents and some he shouldn't have had.
But, why were there no Federal charges filed against Biden, Obama and the Clintons for the documents that were in THEIR possession?

The key word is “obstruction”. He refused to turnover the material to authorities.

Ya know, I'm not seeing it that way. Was he ever "asked" or are you assuming that he was? And even if he WAS "asked" then why weren't Pence, Biden, Obama and Clinton "asked" until after-the-fact. It was just another convenient set-up.

From May 6, 2022 to June 2023 Trump received no less than six requests to return classified material. He failed to do so and warrants were issued and he was indicted with 37 felony counts, including conspiracy to obstruct justice, corruptly concealing a document or record and willful retention of national defense information.

You can of course furnish me with the exact dates that Biden, Obama and the Clintons were "requested" to return their "classified" material right?
Oh wait a minute, THEY returned theirs AFTER Trump was raided and charged.
How long did they have "classified" material? All a set-up.

Mark, You just need to stay in your swim lane, if you are good at fixing transmissions that is your field of expertise. I challenge anyone on this site if they have had experience in managing a CMCC, CMS, CMS (4K), EAM, SAS/PAL accounts and passed an NWAI and NTPI audits with "no decrepencies" noted results more than once, to tell me different. The mishandling of TS material can cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security. Do you understand "grave damage"? The nuclear umbrella this nation lives under could be comprised, I take that very serious. Oh, by the way, the DOJ can and will appeal this decision and another judge will be appointed.

Lets just wait and see what the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals does with this. They have already overturned Judge Cannon's ruling in this case.

But she has done her job. There will be no trial before the election.

Good..because that was the point of these cases .Some, very weak and dredged up.
The doc. case has merit, but seems to only apply to former prez DT
His opponent was deemed too senile to prosecute...Imagine that.

OK Eddie, I'll give you Obama and Clinton (at least in the documents case until there's some proof) BUT, Trump was first notified in May 2022 by your own admission. Two years and five months after leaving office. Ironically/conveniently six months later, Biden's lawyers find documents in 3 locations six years and 10 months after he left the Vice-Presidency!
It has to sound just a little bit "fishy" even to you that the "issue" of Biden having documents and never even being asked for them comes up after the fact!

When asked he returned them, anything else is obstruction. I don?t like anyone improperly storing classified material. It goes against everything I was taught. I would think you would to clean your own house before you start pointing fingers. Just seems like grade school BS…Johnny did it, why can’t I?
