Just noticed that NHRA added a picture of the plunger travel for the Transbrake button after the rule was posted on 11/20/2007. http://www.nhra.com/2007/images/news...ber/button.jpg The picture may help now determine the make/brand of button. |

Close, by a country mile! Is that the tool for measuring deck heights?

The frame looks like a mc7711 long travel limit switch for a cnc. standard bz microswitch can be installed.

Re: Picture of Transbrake Button Plunger Travel
what about trimming the biondo 5-0 button to three inches travel, or do we have to use only the ones on the accepted list.

Re: Picture of Transbrake Button Plunger Travel
I called Biondo on friday and asked if you could cut the 5-O button down to three inches. They said because of the new ruling the internal switch placement is too far away from the button, so the answer is no. They also told me they have a new button they just made that will take advantage of the full travel within the rules. They are calling it the terminator button. I ordered one.

I found this picture posted for the button also. It may also help determine the make/brand of button.

Re: Picture of Transbrake Button Plunger Travel
I like your choice of buttons Chris, but you have the handle turned so I can't see the brand name, If you could roll it over so I can read the label I would appreciate it. thanks.
