Fontana Race Flyer?
 

I just went to the NHRA Pacific Division web site, looked up the flyer for the upcoming Fontana points meet, and see the flyer for the Tucson meet from two months ago? What gives????

Furthermore, is there a run order schedule somewhere given its only a two day race?

Hi Bob, one more question for you....I thought they had a Pomona type of curfew that you couldn't start engines up until 8am. When did this change, and is it 7am now? I haven't been there since 2016, so this is news to me....

I could be wrong but I don't think Fontana has a curfew.

They shouldn't with that (more noisy than our cars), train yard just north of the track. Cool, I just got off from work 2hrs ago, so it's Fontana time! See ya there....

Last year at Fontana, it got so windy that the plastic outhouses along the pit guardrail were sliding across the pavement for 50 feet or so. Glad nobody was inside one of them at the time. Wind out there is a natural phenomenon. At this years National Open, it was very still,a rarity for that area.

They ran rounds one and two for all today due to the forecast. They also should have run round three for stock and super comp, but I left well before that.

I underestimated the tailwind in round one and broke out.
