Lead sales spike in Rockingham,NC area...
I talked to good ole Captain Jack today and wondered why he was in such a good mood.....Seems as though the 302 fords will be adding more lead to the trunk as a result of a 1 20 under run at Rockingham.....Interesting that there were about the same number of cars at St. Louis and Rockingham in stock. Rockingham is VERY close to being mineshaft while St. Louis is not...wonder why ??

Please relay to the Captain that it only affects Seaburg's Comet on the US Nationals level, but he is getting closer. |

As much as I enjoy the fffordsgetting hits they will never go away from USA ... insane that NHRA 1. Would remove 30-50hp from any engine In ONE action 2. Then add it back one car at a time ... if they ALL got it off in one swipe they should ALL get it back when one gets hit !!!! >> and nothing against guys (& gals) who race them they are taking advantage of the idiotic Glendale employees actions,,, just to be fair I see an RSA 64 nova sporting a 31hp reduction .... Jesus like winning the mega millions > sends letter and stay at home while you become the king of the Qsheet 😞😞😞

As the result of runs under the Automatic Horsepower Factoring System (AHFS) 1.20-second under policy at the NHRA division 3 event, the following change has been made. The horsepower rating for 1973 Ford Maverick, entries with the 302 cubic inch engine and a factory rating of 138 currently rated at 143, has been increased by seven horsepower, to 150 horsepower; for Stock Eliminator. NHRA's 2018 Automatic Horsepower Factoring System outlines that any run of 1.20-seconds or more under the index will receive an immediate index decrease or horsepower increase. These changes are effective Oct. 23, 2018. this has been on nhraracer.com for two days. |
