I like the new info about the cookie gar raiders. Don't eat your cookies at an nhra race or there will be consequences.

Wow. In stock, 26 HP decreases and 67 more requests were not accepted. 93 total requests, that has to be a record.

Bernie Cunningham, you should be happy the LT1 vette is now the same as the LT1 Camaro and Firebird.

Thank you Cooter, it's nice to know you are thinking of me.

Andrew, I was say'in the same thing to myself while reading those. Who the heck has been 'working' on those combo's?

Also, this new "mineshaft" rule for the AHFS is interesting. #65 at Indy was .99 under this year. Looks like no HP from Indy unless you're 1.20 under.

This should be great for indy. I think indy will always meet the mineshaft rule. So, no more need to worry about triggers at Indy.

I didn't even think of it that way!

Still wouldn't matter 58 cars were FS cars. #64 would have still been over -.85

Can't be right, Ed.

Had to be rated 170 something...

It was at 167 the just took off 3, one car control your own destiny. Bobby Devine Q/ SA . Probably needs more, that carb and intake are small. Tom

looks to me like 195 originally,
now 164, ... -31 hp ?? does seem
like a bunch. have heard of a combo
getting back 11 on a low horse combo
before. .. all at once. seemed like a weird #.

Some of the two barrels have more than that off.
318's were 230 w/ 2bbl.

I wondered about that too, Ed...talked to Bobby and it's a typo. It was 167 and got 3 off.
Oops, Tom beat me to it!

Just wondering why the 69 Camaro 427 425 got 6hp off. Pomona2, LV 2 and LV Sports had several runs by several 69 427 425 Camaros running .90 under at each event. Where am I wrong?

On the no change list is the 69 and70 Chevelle 350's , the 70 rated at 282hp and the 69 rated at 290hp . Same castings ,specs ,cam and carb. Why the different rating?

Re: HP numbers are up......

Keith,
HP is only off the stick combo's.

Bill
